VENDOR INFORMATION

FOOD VENDOR STATIONS / FOOD TRUCK VENDORS

Please note, food vendors must secure a temporary permit from the City of Plano Environmental Health & Sustainability Department. The permit type is based upon the food unit type.  For more information, and how to obtain the permit, visit: https://www.plano.gov/345/Mobile-Food-Facility

VENDOR APPLICATION

This vendor application is for commercial, non-commercial and non-profit vendors. The vendor application and payment deadline is 60 days prior to the show (unless granted an extension). Acceptance of vendor applications and payments will close sooner if all vendor space (inside and outside the amphitheater) is expended before the deadline.

VENDOR SPACE

Each vendor space allows each vendor to rent a 10’x10′ space. If more space is needed, each vendor may rent additional spaces. Vendors must provide their own tent. No tents will be available for rent. We recommend each vendor set up their own 10’x10′ space, and may bring their own 10’x10′ tent.  See sample here: https://bit.ly/3h6LhCk. If you have a 10’x20′ booth, additional space rental fees will apply. All tents must be weighted down with sand bags or above ground weights. 

(NO TENTS MAY USE STAKES. STAKES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SECURE TENTS TO GROUND / TENTS MUST BE WEIGHTED DOWN WITH SAND BAGS OR ABOVE GROUND WEIGHTS)

VENDOR CHAIRS

If needed, each vendor may bring their own chair to work inside their booth.  No chairs will be available for rent. For vendors located inside the venue, each vendor may have up to a total of 4 people working inside the vendor space. For vendors located outside the venue, each vendor may have up to a total of 6 people working inside the vendor space.

VENDOR TABLES

We recommend each vendor brings at least a 6’x3′ table or 10’x3′ table to work inside their space. No tables will be available for rent.

WATER

Yes. There are limited water outlets on site. Vendor locations are distributed on a first come/first assigned basis. 

VENDOR LOCATION

Vendor locations are determined by Family Fest DFW staff. Returning vendors may receive first right of selection.

ELECTRICITY

Yes. There is plenty of electricity on site. Returning vendors may receive first right of selection.

VENDOR ENTRY LOCATION

Red Tail Pavilion (previously The Amphitheater at Oak Point Park) is located at 2801 E Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074.

MORE ABOUT THE EVENT

Family Fest DFW incorporates a cultural mix of food, arts, crafts and apparel vendors, along with a mix of Live Neo Soul concerts for the entire family.  This is a family-friendly event. The evening events host live concert performances inside the amphitheater and are tailored for ages 23 and over. 

Patrons may access vendors outside the venue (located in the venue parking lot) free of charge. However, patrons desiring to attend the concert (inside the venue) must purchase a ticket.

PREFERRED VENDOR SPACE

We have limited Preferred Vendor spaces located inside the amphitheater. Vendor Spaces inside the venue will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
